Three things you can learn from a wise, old dog:
1) Don't bite when a growl will do.
2) Simple pleasures should be enjoyed on a daily basis. They do not require loads of money or exotic locales. (Ever watched a dog sleeping on the carpet, ball tucked under their chin, just soaking in the noon-hour sun?).
3) Loyalty can be a singular, unwaivering constant.
