No tour this year for Mid-Life Crisis
Well, I am sorry to announce that the eagerly anticipated tour of Mid-Life Crisis will not be launched in 2008 or 2009. The band, 15 years in the making, is suffering from some creative differences and the generation gaps seems, at this time, unresolvable.
One member longs for a family band the likes of which the world has never seen. Nevermind the Wilson Sisters (Heart), the Jonas Brothers (get serious), the Young brothers (AC/DC), or the Galagher brothers (Oasis, disfunctional at best).
On the tour bus today, the lead guitarist announced that "the dream is dead". The bassist plans to abandon the current crew, save for the drummer, and begin anew. The search for new members, closer to the founder's demongraphic, will begin shortly.
Stay tuned everyone. When this thing gets going, there will be no stopping it.
