A victim of the Pompeii vulcano. I remember a special on TV years ago where they discovered odd, small carverns beneath the surface of the escavation site. They filled them with plaster and, upon removing the surrounding soil, they found the plaster dried in near perfect statutes of the vulcano victims. The pose of some of the figures showed an immediate and painful death.
A story appeared in the papers this week about an undiscovered tribe in South America. This picture shows the tribesmen shooting arrows at the helicoper while it passed over their village.
In the US, some coked up jerk drove his car into a pack of bicycle racers. The photo speaks for itself.
